2005-01-15: Latest version is available at rpxp.mozdev.org. This FireFox extension was mentioned in a front-page story on DailyKos, 14th Jan 2005.
For the 20% of DailyKos visitors who use Mozilla: an extension to maintain local red/blue lists of DailyKos members. Each member can be tagged at any time (via right-click context menu) and stays tagged with that color until changed. Colors are applied to the member's name throughout the site. Your member list is local and private, like Usenet killfiles. Color coding helps you quickly spot valued posters and avoid less-valued ones. Can be used even if you are not a registered member.
Features:
1. Specific to dailykos.com (for now)
2. Red/Blue/Neutral indicator for members
3. dKos-specific article blockquoting
4. Member list export/import between machines
5. Color coding done after page is rendered
6. Turn on/off with Ctrl-Shift-R or Tools->RPXP->Toggle
7. Open-source (MPL license), derived from AdBlock
8. Uninstall option
Instructions:
1. 40 Kb download: v0.36 May 27
2. Restart Mozilla.
3. Go to dailykos.com
4. Right-click on a member name (e.g. diary author)
5. Select "RPXP Blue" or "RPXP Red".
6. Go to another page (e.g. diary). That member's name should retain the color you selected.
7. Switch color for that member or other members at will.

Notes:
This is a "development" version, but is functional per the description above. Releasing this version now to avoid my natural tendency to keep adding features. Please post any questions here: May 26, May 27.
